The 4th annual Oncology Partnering & Deal-Making Conference will take place November 16-17, 2015, at the Hotel Kabuki, in San Francisco, California. On Monday, November 16, starting at 4:45 p.m., San Diego Co-Managing Partner Mike Fuller will deliver a session titled, "Creative Intellectual Property Strategies: Enhancing the Value of Your Technology". This session will discuss how to create an intellectual property portfolio that is designed to maximize licensing revenue. There are many creative patent strategies that can be employed to increase the value of a technology to potential licensees. Those strategies will be discussed, including particular examples from the oncology field. You will learn how to critically review your own IP to ensure it has the proper focus, and learn how to file additional IP to increase the value of your technology.
