On Tuesday, March 15, the Intellectual Property Owners Association's Education Foundation will host the Patent Bar & Office Dialog Summit, in Washington, D.C.

The Patent Summit brings together experts from the USPTO and the private bar to discuss current developments. Panelists will discuss issues related to Patent Quality, PTAB/IPR, and Written Description. San Diego Partner Michael Fuller will participate in a panel on subject matter eligibility. Private bar and patent examiners will also have an opportunity to collaborate on difficult topics such as Improving Stakeholder and Examiner Interactions, Clarity of Record, and Service Confidence during the luncheon.
