Description

On March 14, 2013, Knobbe Martens Partner Rabi Narula will be a panelist at the USC Gould School of Law 2013 Intellectual Property Law Institute, along with Fred Farina, Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Director of the Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) at the California Institute of Technology and Michelle K. Lee, Director of the Silicon Valley U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The America Invents Act (AIA) has made sweeping reforms to the U.S. patent system, significantly impacting how patents are obtained and how patents can be challenged, both in the courts and at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The session titled "AIA Navigation Strategies," will discuss and critique various strategies for succeeding under the AIA.
