Description

The USC 2015 Intellectual Property Institute will take place on March 24, 2015, at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles. This year’s program features 10 federal judges from around the country. Orange County Partner Christy Lea will be a panelist on “Post-Grant Review Proceedings – IPR.” In addition, there will be a special pre-institute Patent Damages Roundtable on March 23rd at the same location. The Roundtable was organized and will be co-moderated by Los Angeles Partner Karen Weil.
