Mr. Hamilton focuses on protection of intellectual property and the creation of intellectual property strategies in the electronics, computer, communication, software and IT industries. He has assisted numerous clients, including startups and established corporations, in developing and carrying out successful strategies for protecting and exploiting their intellectual property rights.
Mr. Israelsen’s major areas of practice include advising startup companies and established businesses in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical areas, including worldwide patent protection strategies; avoidance of third party intellectual property; portfolio building; due diligence; intellectual property opinions; and licensing.
