Knobbe Martens’ Rabi Narula to Speak at USC Gould School of Law 2013 Intellectual Property Institute in Beverly Hills, California on March 14

Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP Partner Rabi Narula will be speaking at the USC Gould School of Law 2013 Intellectual Property Institute on Thursday, March 14 2013 at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Narula will be participating in a panel discussion on “AIA Navigation Strategies.” The America Invents Act (AIA) has made sweeping reforms to the U.S. patent system, and the session will discuss and critique various strategies for succeeding under the AIA. The conference will also feature Chief Judge Randall Rader (Fed. Cir.) as the luncheon keynote speaker along with the Hon. William Alsup (N.D. Cal.), the Hon. Rodney Gilstrap (E.D. Tex.), the Hon. Andrew Guilford (C.D. Cal.), and the Hon. John Kronstadt (C.D. Cal.) who will discuss new pathways in patent litigation.
