Knobbe Martens Recognized as Top Intellectual Property Law Firm by Managing Intellectual Property
Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP has once again been named among the top intellectual property law firms in the nation, ranking in the patent and trademark categories of Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine’s 2015 “IP Stars” survey.
In the patent portion of MIP’s survey, published in February, Knobbe Martens ranked in the top national tiers for patent prosecution and bio/life sciences as well as in the categories of PTAB litigation and patent contentious practice. In the survey’s trademark category, announced this month, the firm ranked in the areas of trademark prosecution and trademark contentious practice. Knobbe Martens has consistently been included in the top tiers for both its patent and trademark work since the inception of the influential survey in 1996.
The “IP Stars” survey, the most comprehensive of its kind, covers 80 countries and ranks leading law firms by nation. The selection process is based on extensive research compiled by teams in London, Hong Kong and New York, honoring firms that have had particularly successful years. Rankings are based on the firm’s quality of service and depth of practice according to peer reviews by intellectual property practitioners worldwide.
