| Steven Nataupsky

Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, LLP has been confirmed as one of the most diverse law firms in the United States by Law360. The leading legal news service released its second annual “Minority Report”, this week, identifying Knobbe Martens as the 11th most racially diverse group of attorneys among more than 300 law firms surveyed. In addition, the firm ranked among the top 50 Best Law Firms for the diversity of its partnership.

Law360 compiled its report by analyzing data from U.S. firms based on their overall and minority headcount numbers as of December 31, 2015. Among the Top 100 firms, minorities often comprise at least 15% of partnership ranks, as compared with 8.4% across all U.S. firms surveyed. At Knobbe Martens, 24% of attorneys and 16% of partners identify as minorities.

“Diverse professionals make Knobbe Martens an incredibly strong firm and permit us to provide the highest quality intellectual property legal services to our worldwide clients. We are honored to be recognized by Law360,” said Steven Nataupsky, the firm’s Managing Partner. “Law360’s continued efforts to bring law firm diversity to the forefront should be applauded. The legal field must strive to improve diversity across the industry.”
