Daily Journal Names Adam Powell to Top Trade Secrets Lawyers List
SAN DIEGO, Calif. October 26, 2023 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to announce that partner Adam Powell has been named to the Daily Journal’s list of “Top Trade Secrets Lawyers” for 2023.
In its profile of Mr. Powell, the Daily Journal highlighted his “deep understanding of technology,” and noted that he is “sought after to address technically intricate issues and safeguard innovations for renowned companies.” One such example highlighted in the profile is Mr. Powell’s successful representation of Masimo and related company Cercacor Laboratories in trade secret litigations against Cercacor’s former Chief Technical Officer, a company he started, and Apple.
