IAM Global Leaders 2024 Guide Honors Three Knobbe Martens Partners

Joseph Re is a nationally recognized trial attorney, having tried numerous high-stakes technology cases in the federal courts throughout the country for well over thirty years. Mr. Re is also an experienced appellate advocate and has argued dozens of appeals over the past thirty years. He has also served as the President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
Mauricio Uribe has extensive experience in comprehensive client counseling in all aspects of intellectual property law, with a business-focused approach to client representation. He is a thought leader and frequent lecturer/author on various intellectual property topics. Mr. Uribe has engaged in numerous licensing strategy and license negotiations for various clients.
