Knobbe Martens COVID-19 Update

| Steven Nataupsky

Dear Valued Clients and Colleagues:

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve rapidly, we want to assure you that Knobbe Martens is committed to the health and safety of our people, and equally committed to providing our clients with seamless, uninterrupted service.

We continue to adjust firm operations in accordance with CDC guidelines and directives from federal, state, and local authorities. We are being proactive and will continue to operate with the health and safety of our employees, our clients, and the communities in which we live and work, as our foremost priority.

Many Knobbe attorneys and business professionals routinely work remotely. As such, we have been, and continue to be, well-equipped to support evolving circumstances in which working remotely is the safest course of action. While our in-person interactions are now limited, we are here to serve you and do not anticipate that you will experience any difference in our responsiveness or support.

Our teams will continue to keep you updated with critical information that may impact your matters before the courts, the USPTO, and international patent, trademark and copyright authorities.

We recognize that this unprecedented challenge is impacting all of us in different ways. By joining together to address this crisis, we will weather the storm and return to normal operations as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, or need assistance in reaching your contact at our firm, please feel free to email me in Orange County, Mike Fuller in San Diego, Robb Roby in New York, or Carol Pitzel Cruz in Seattle.

Thank you for your continued trust in Knobbe Martens.
