Knobbe Martens COVID-19 Update

| Steven Nataupsky

Dear Valued Clients and Colleagues:

Two months have passed since “shelter-in-place” orders impacted our offices in California and Washington State, followed shortly by similar orders in New York and Washington, D.C., where we also have offices. We are pleased to report that Knobbe Martens adapted extraordinarily well to the new normal of remote work and has continued to provide our clients with the same exceptional hands-on service as always.

In fact, an honor we received this month underscores key reasons we are able to operate successfully amid challenging times. BTI Consulting Group named Knobbe Martens one of 31 “Midsize Heavyweight” law firms nationwide, a distinction based on more than 340 in-depth interviews BTI conducted with executives of U.S. companies across 17 industries. As stated in BTI’s report, “These firms are uber-responsive, dig deep, hard, and fast to find the answers. Always quick to embrace new approaches … Clients report these firms bring industry understanding and the most important factor – an unfailing commitment to help.”

I’m incredibly proud of the way Knobbe Martens attorneys and professionals stepped up to effectively and efficiently meet our clients’ ongoing needs during the pandemic. Our attorneys’ ability to think on their feet and quickly collaborate with clients and colleagues while working remotely has made it possible to continue achieving our highest priority: helping our clients in whatever way we can.

As we eye an eventual return to our offices, we want to assure you that we will do so prudently. We remain dedicated to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of every member of our team.

We wish you good health in the weeks and months ahead. If we can assist you in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will be here.
