Mr. Zimmerman serves as managing partner of Knobbe Martens’ Washington D.C. office and as co-chair of the firm’s Hatch-Waxman and life sciences litigation groups. Mr. Culbertson’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, strategic counseling, and worldwide patent portfolio management in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology fields.
